Scarsdale Improvement Corporation owns and manages the majority of the residential, office, and retail space in the village of Scarsdale, NY. We provide on site maintenance for our tenants and immediately respond to issues.

About Scarsdale
Scarsdale is 6.6 square miles with a population of about 17,000. The express train to Grand Central is about 30 minutes and is the second busiest stop on the Harlem Line.
In 2015, USA Today announced that Scarsdale was the wealthiest community in the country. The parks and recreation facilities are pristine and available to the residents. There are music programs, car shows, art exhibits and more held in the downtown area.
The activities in the area are very community oriented, with events such as "Bicycle Sundays" in the summer, where the Bronx River Parkway is closed for four hours for bicyclists and walkers. Events such as these draw Westchester to the village.
